This partnership allows each group to focus on their strengths. M1 focuses on pre-installation/ delivery coordination, project management, billing, and storage. Yellowstone will seamlessly gather, deliver, or move your items.

Project management
M1 executes projects that last days or years. Our dedicated team knows that things change and proactively works to ensure that we are here to support our clients’ needs when they do. We have dedicated staff for project scheduling, inventory management, and billing to ensure you have visibility into everything we handle.

Detailed Receiving
From the moment a shipment arrives at M1, it is under scrutiny. All items’ packaging goes through a physical check for issues before signing the shipper’s Bill of Lading. Items are dated and labeled with project information.

Thorough Documentation & Rapid Inspection
Our inventory portal captures carrier information, detailed descriptions, and images for each uniquely itemized piece of your project. Within a few days, we remove Full Inspection pieces from the packaging to identify manufacturer defects or damage from shipping. Inbound reports containing pictures and details are posted to the portal and emailed to the project contact(s).

Storage
At M1, we store but the cubic foot. Pieces are pad-wrapped or returned to their original packaging, depending on what will provide the best protection. We keep items on racks and vaults, with all items barcoded and located in our warehouse for retrieval. All storage locations at our facility are temperature-controlled.

Outbound Items
A week before your items leave M1, the project’s point of contact will receive an inventory report of items. Items are pulled and typically arranged so the moving crew can access items in the order needed to load the delivery vehicle efficiently.

Interior design installs
High-end interior design is our specialty. Our patient, robust, professional moving specialists will happily help wrap up your projects with excellence, efficiency, and finesse. We fully understand the necessity for perfection and are more than prepared to deliver.

White glove relocations
We cover everything from your initial relocation questions to your new residence and packing fragile and valuable items. Our partner is an expert in conducting relocations with complex logistics.
